Follow Eilieen Collins Blvd West to I-81. Take Interstate 81 North to Interstate 481 South. Get off of Interstate 481 South at exit 3-E Fayetteville Follow New york State Route 5 East about 2 miles making sure to bear left at the Fayetteville Chittenango Sign.
